Ethnic diversityAn examination of public companies across a wide range of industries in Canada, Latin American, the United Kingdom and the United States that compares financial results with the ethnic and racial composition of top management teams and boards of directors.

The data shows, among other things, that:

Companies in the top quartile for racial and ethnic diversity are 30 percent more likely to have financial returns above their respective national industry medians.
